Yup...just remove the plug wires and grab a hold of the shields with a set
of pliers. Twist & Pull.

Thanks for the advice guys. What would be the best way to remove those
round plug wire heat shields for the exhaust manifold? Remove plugs wires
and pull them out (if possible) with pliers or ???
