That sounds reasonable but using that relative thinking, this means those
who have rich burning trucks, A.K.A. the 4.7 will bogged at WOT. Too much
air flow since the stock is restrictive in air flow. Well??

Well the K&N filters generally flow more AIR than a
conventional filter. So if the system is running a
bit lean a restrictive intake might help balance the
mixture. So if you have a slight lean condition the
K&N might aggrivate the condition and bring on
preignition and/or force the computer to retard
timing.
