Not personally. But have read much on the Neon mods.. an ACR computer would
be a good start.. along with a cold air setup. I've seen they finally have a
turbo kit available for it as well. ACR spring & struts with a set of 16"
wheels .. some bigger brakes.. and she'll be all set up. Not to mention be
ready to race anyone that'd come along.. and maintain looking sedate.
