Get a new MSD box. I went through 2, one I messed up on accident (shut
up Bernd :) ), and the second one was doing exactly what you said, as
soon as I touched the ground, it started to melt the wire. Third time
was the charm, it's been in there since last year!! Get a new unit, and
make sure the key is off this time, lol!!
