Agreed. It would be cool if the "stock" computer could be reprogrammed
to handle the 380's cam, but if not, there are other EFI systems out there.
(Some of which cost more than the engine, unfortunately.) ;-)
As far as the intake goes, if I were doing this swap, I would probably
order an MPI and sell the M1. That'll save the hassle of having to get
it machined (or drilling it yourself), plus, that'll also get you the
throttle body adaptor which will allow the stock (or a modified stock)
TB to be used.
