Hose it up with some Foamy Engine Brite (let soak for a few minutes to
remove and "nasty stuff") then rinse with water. Blow out all the passages
and clean it off with Brake Clean. That's how we used to clean up the valve
bodies on all of our transmission rebuilds.

Subject: DML: Tranny valve body cleaning

Any recommendations for what to use to clean the valve body on my tranny? I
was planning to use Gunk spray carb cleaner, OK? Also read that TPS can
cause OD problems, is there anyother symptom to look for, ie. hesitation.
Would it show up on the scan tool if I drove with it hooked up and watched
the output?

What's the deal with the Autolite 3923 plugs? Good for a older Dak?
