Pittman Arm trouble

Hey all,
I have a problem.. I got my winter pizzacutter Goodyears mounted this
weekend,a nd they had a problem with a lugnut. Anyways, I took it to a tire
shop in my area, which did'nt have the right tool for the job, but they told
me I have a bad pittman arm. I had my 255 BFG's mounted in May, and aligned
the Dak to boot. Sears never told me this.. Why?? Anyhow, it's about
50-60 bux a pop, for the arm. The driver's side is bad. Any comments on
this? Should I replace it soon, or ride it out, and fight the pull to the
left the dak always had? I got so used to the pull, that fater having it
aligned, I never noticed that it still pulled.
What is the best way to handle a replacement? If I need to change it out,
should I have the dealer do it, a tire shop *I have a buddy at one in town*,
or in my garage? I have common hand tools, not pickle forks, etc.
Help!!!
