  How about just under 1,000hp and over 1140lb-ft? :-) The SVS Stryker
runs 9s in road racing trim. (With a tube frame set up for drag racing, its
said it should run 7s) And for 1/8th of the price of the McLaren. "Hey,
I think I just spanked an F1!" ;-)
