A day at the Track...Times

I really didn't intend to run my '01 DAK at the London MotorPlex today, I
only wanted to watch the R/T club members run and besides it only had less
than 900 miles showing on the odometer. BUT, I couldn't help myself!!! The
R/T club had a very light turnout and they had the track for 4 hours, plenty
of track time.....so I joined them.

The stock tires on the Sport Plus SUX!, period ... I got lots and lots of
wheel spin/hop(all the way into 3rd) on a sticky track!! But I did manage a
15.19 @ 89.82. My DAK is completely stock, including the air filter ..
several of the R/T owners were surprised (and upset) as the track manager
was that I was running low,low 15s with a stock 4.7L, bettering many of the
runs of the R/Ts (the track is at 1400 ft)..

BTW, this is my first time running at a track and it was GREAT .... cut a
.504 reaction time and was able to do 17 runs!!! could have done more, but
had to wait for the clutch to quit "stink'n" after every 3rd run.
