Spark Plug change in 4.7L

So the same 3923 plugs fit on 4.7's 5.2's and 5.9's??? I want to change
plugs before my stockers seize up!

Chrysler says to use platinum because the stock ignition voltage are lower
and designed only to work with platinum. In a 4.7, I can't hop up the
ignition...Yet....

So Autolite Double Platinum 3923's????

Any tricks on removing the coils? I don't want to break anything!!!
