I don't know how you're driving but I have a 92 CC 5speed with 3.55 SG and
I don't get that low pulling a 2500lb tent camper in the Adrondaks. I get
in the 16s. I have about 108,000 miles on it and get around 17 mpg combined
driving. The engine has been great and I wouldn't hesitate getting one
again.
