Guy the dealership has to prove the modifications caused the faliure
otherwise they must honor the waranty, it is the law. Just because he has a
sticker and the truck is lowered it doesn't mean that the faliure of the
transmission was due to this and its pretty unlikely that either the sticker
or lowering is the cause of his problems so he does have a strong case here.
