If you've got a Mopar Performance computer the redline is well above 5500
RPM's something like 6200-6300 RPM's. My truck does the same thing at about
the same RPM. I'm almost 100% positive it's valve float from weak valve
springs. I bought a set of heavy duty Mopar valve springs and retainers to
fix the problem but I haven't got them installed yet. But I'm confident that
this will fix the problem.
