What?!? I think you're referring to the old Idle Control Solenoids
(commonly found on GM's).

There's no such thing on our Throttle Bodies. It's controlled by the AIS
(aka: IAC) and TPS.

    Hey dude to check your idle speed motor (more commonly known as a kicker
motor), just take the rod off that pushes your throttle open. Its rather
expensive to replace, I think mine was 109 dollars.
