Not really since the ignition timing at idle is anywhere from 11-17 degrees
BTDC.
Just remember, the distributor does NOT control the timing...it's set at the
factory but the Crank Position Sensor - NON-ADJUSTABLE (Don't try to turn it
to correct it.)
