People...be very careful when doing this...coming from experience with
"Power Shifting"...you can (very quickly) blow up your transmission. I blew
up two M22 "Rock-Crushers" doing this. (And for you GM people...you should
know that those M-22's were almost bullet proof.)

Sounds about right.

Check your build sheet you may have the 1/2 ton 9 1/4 rear end like I ended
up with. If so, you don't have to worry about the rear so much as the
tranny. It took 62k of heavy use/abuse/drag stripping it to require a
bearing change out in the rear. The tranny hasn't been so polite. I
lunched it after 10K when the truck was 5 months old. The dealer covered it
but wasn't too happy about it. Also watch out for the clutch, the stocker
isn't always up to the task.
