I would believe this is a cheap rip off of what the Dual Pot
(potentiohmeters) setup on that supercharged/turbocharged car they did a
while back. They hooked up 2 pots to the map sensor and modified it's
readings to trick the computer into giving better fuel and timing curves,
and thus getting more HP. How does the VEC1 hook into the vehicle? a
wiring harness into the map sensor and one output? I'd have to say, if
that's the case, the 355 bucks (VERY HIGH for 2 POTS that would cost about 4
bucks total, plus some wires, a plastic case, and some instructions.)
These guys are making too much. I'll go rig up my dual pot setup for less
than 10 bucks later...

Then spend 150 on an O2 sensor setup and make adjustments from there. I
don't feel a need for us to spend 455 bucks for this "package"

I'm not trying to be cheap, just look at the illustration of the VEC1 on
that guy's homepage, it really loooks like a dual pot setup!
