You shouldn't have to...but it doesn't hurt (makes things a little bit
easier on the V8's). The socket is a 31 - 32mm.

Subject: Timing chain swapout

Ok,
I got my timing chain/sprockets... and all the needed gaskets, and plan on
starting on the job early tomorrow morning... I had a couple quick
questions...

Shall I pull the radiator? I dont know if it would be easier that way or
not... it appears to be... but I cant tell... I dont have ac in this beast
(97 sport 4x4) so I dont know if it would be all that accessable or not...

and what size socket is this special tool? I remember reading it was 30
something mm.

Thanks,
Wes
