Yep your right,The only thing the PCM will relearn in open loop, are the WOT
shift points.It only takes one run through the gears at most to learn that.
Now part throttle is another thing. That takes a good drive, and also
differnt conditions.Steady cruise , it will learn that in a few miles.What
takes awhile is all the differnt condidtions. But this will not effect WOT
power any.I to think the jet stuff is junk.
