Oh yea I had fun. This was my first time out to the track and what
a blast. Besides Ed, I think I had the least miles on my Dak at only 5000.
By the way Ed it's Jayson, not Jason, but don't feel bad even the DMV screws
it up. I told you your MPG would improve. And the last name is Woodruff
(German?).

Two runs first at 15.994 and second at 15.794. About .5 sec slower
than I hoped, but I'm not disappointed. My first run had no wheel slip, I
was defiantly too easy on the start. Reacted in a tortoise time of 1.5x
sec. Ran against a newish Prelude, my ET was .1sec better but I lost due to
the reaction time. My second run was against Eli in his V6 manual. Now if
that 3.9L had beaten me I'd be disappointed with the multi-speed auto that
Steve St. L seems to want to scrap. But poor Eli never had a chance. The
entire .2sec improvement in my time was in the 60ft, I spun the tires some.
I think I've got the light tree figured out now. Before I thought green
meant go, but I'm learning that the last yellow means go.

Very impressive showing. I couldn't keep track of all the Dak's.
I'm remember five 4.7L, two 3.9L and a mess of R/T's. Did anyone have a
5.2L? Sorry I couldn't make it to dinner. Great weather, we get sun tan's
here and some of you guys are talking about throwing rocks in the bed just
to drive.

Did any one get pictures. Let's make plans to go again, I'd do this
bi-monthly! And I'm ready for AutoX too, let me know when and where.

By the way. 50miles of commutting(stop and go) + 100miles to
Carlsbad@70mph + 2 runs, lots of idleing/engine starting + 100 miles
home@75mph + 50 more miles commuting = 17.6mpg.
