I'm know I'm not really answering your question here, but I carry a tow strap
with me that I just hook up to my existing tow bar. Something I've wanted to do
for a while is mount a boat trailer winch that I have to a piece of stock that
would fir in my receiver hitch.

Just tossing ideas out there...:)
