Convince the dealer it was a flaw in the grill and NOT a rock and maybe
they'll get DC to do it.

Subject: DML: My Grill Cracked !!HELP!!
I just washed my truck on Tuesday and it was perfect. Yesterday I noticed
that my grill has a huge crack in it. Today the crack is smaller since it
has warmed up. I have only driving 35 since I washed it so it would take
one huge rock to crack it. It happened on the edge where the grill meets
the hood. Could water get behind it and expand when it freezes. Do you
think that the dealer will fix it? Thanks in advance.
