Weight in box for winter

Okay fellow Dak owners, I have three choices, all the weight directly above
the rear axle, all the weight forward toward the cab (just behind rear
slider window), or all the weight right to the back by the tailgate. In
everyone's experience in this which is the best of the three? We do get a
lot of snow here ( Canada).
