old tire on a piece of plywood, fill with concrete, cast in a piece of rebar
to hook a chain to. cheap, good use of old tires, heavier per cubic foot
than sand alone, lasts forever (no tearing bags). what beats that? (don't
forget to spray some diesel fuel on the plywood b4 putting in the concrete so
as to avoid the concrete from sticking to the plywood.)
