Just because they have the information at their disposal doesn't mean
they're using it - or using it right. In fact, if they "aren't the
brightest bulb on the tree" maybe they aren't using the FSM, and that's
WHY they come across that way.
Don't judge the book by how people have misused it - if everyone did
that, we'd be screaming at Newsweek to shut down because they described
how Tim McVeigh made a bomb out of fuel oil and fertilizer and someone
might misuse the information.
