Steve,

Have you been keeping up with the Kerkorkian matter? At this point, it
doesn't look like Schrempp will be doing anything, as both the German and
American shareholders have began calling for his., and much of his team's,
forced retirement come April. It also looks as if Kerkorkan has an
infallible resolve to move Chrysler OUT of the merger, by any means
necessary. I am very happy for Chrysler at this time, the happiest I've been
in two years.....
