Ken,
I think I'd ask for the parts too. You might not get the water pump
because they are replacing it under warranty but the freeze plugs I'd sure
get. Between you & me, it sounds like there is a little deception going on
here. ALSO, You can bet they're going to replace your thermostat too with a
195, then charge you for that. Which is unauthorized work. They'll bull sh*t
you on that and say that's part of the problem. Watch them close. Why the
oil change, unless they get coolant in the oil when they pull the heads, why
pull the heads??? Ron, Bernd, is this necessary on 5.2??
