Sorry I think you are wrong. I live in the Atlanta area. I can drive around in the snow and ice( thanks to living in Wy.) But most people in the south Do not know how to drive in the snow or ice. and drive way to fast for the conditons. The driving during the snow and ice is diffrent down here then north of here.
