What kind of car are we talking about? Drum brakes or disc brakes? if it's
drums like a dakota in the rear, it's easy, remove the drum. hammer the
messed up stud out. Get a new stud and basically use an impact gun to
"pull" the new stud back into the hub.
If it's attached to a disc rotor, you might have to take a couple bearings
out and then do the same procedure as above. What DID you snap it on? I
work at NTB and it's actually a rip off (47.99) to replace a stud on a disc
setup and like 17.99 for a drum application.
