It's a film. On the dash lights, the text is a cutout in the black
area, and a different color laid in. The bulbs themselves are plain
white. The controls are the same way, I think.
Can it be done? Well, anything's possible. Will it be easy, or totally
successful? I wouldn't try without a full dash from a wrecked Dak ready
to pop in as a replacement for a job gone wrong.
