Interior lights

This may seem like a strange question, but one I will ask regardless. I have
this crazy notion to alter my interior lights (A/C Controls.. etc..) from
green to red. If I could actually get the speedometer colors to change also,
that would be great. Just looking for knowledge on how to do it, or if it
can even be done. Is it a film, or actual bulb change?
