Shoulda taken notes before you pulled it all apart.

When I did mine, I drove the truck about 5 miles to get it all up to
temperature, parked it and noted all the positions. After putting the
gauges in, I left the needles off and drove that 5 miles again, then
came back and put the needles back where they belonged.

For the speedometer, I found a radar "sign" on the side of the road,
drove at it with it indicating 30 MPH and put the needle on in the right
spot.
