   For your own policy at 23 with full glass/collision
in NY, I'd say you're doing pretty well. What part of
New York are you from? I'm from Buffalo, and my
insurance with similar coverage to yours with
Metropolitan cost about the same up there with one
difference: It was my father's policy. So I'd say
you are not doing badly. North Carolina has lower
rates overall than New York, though I live in Raleigh,
which has higher rates in relation to most other
places in NC, and I can understand why. Every morning
I hear of at least three accididents on the radio.
Too many people have move here (myself included) in
too short a time, the road-building and improvement
has not kept up. Not as bad as the Toronto traffic
reports I used to pull in when I lived in Buffalo,
though. Those sounded more like battlefield
reports....
