That's just BULLSH**!! I would talk to an attorney and find out what can be
done about either getting the vehicle back (since there was only $2K left on
it) or having them reimburse the people involved for the value of the vehicle
(minus the $2K) plus the other "extra charges" involved with putting them
through this!
