Doubt that it's a Jet chip issue. Look for a loose ground under or near
your dash. Check your fuse box.

Subject: DML: dashboard lights
Hey Guys!!
I figured I would get some help out there (Bernd) but my dash stopped worked
gauges I mean tach speed odometer alt and oil pressure, temp but the blue
light stayed on the hue when you turn on the headlights.
Well I drive like this most the day then I went over a small bump and the
air bag light flickered for a sec then everything went normal.
Could the PCM be the cause or maybe the Jet Chip maybe water into it or is a
grounding issue and if so I looked at the grounds under hood look tight and
snug.
Cannot for the life of me figure out how to remove Jet chip without breaking
the clips on the PCM can anybody give me an idea the other PCM connectors
have little tabs you press to let the harness come out of the PCM.
Let me know guys I know someone can help.
