Try cleaning out the IAC port on the back of the TB...it may be sticking
while it's cold and all the gunk in there is solid. As it warms up, the gunk
loosens up, and the port can return to it's proper position. Remove the IAC
motor and clean it all out with brake cleaner.
    If that isn't it, the only other thing I can see it being is a vaccuum
leak. Check a stuck PCV valve or a loose/broken vaccuum connection.

Any other suggestions DML?
