success!!!! was Runnaround

well after a quick chat with the dealership gen manager, who brought in the
"service director"
I finally found two people who understand customer relations. They listened
to what I had to say, without cutting me off, and did not try to talk to me
like I was a house wife with a minivan. They agreed that there must be a
problem beyond the tires...(it helped that another service mgr, who owned an
rt was there defending the wide tires)
He ordered a new steering rack, and is going to cover it under warranty with
the agreement that if it does not fix it I will agree that it is due to the
tires
(I know it will fix it) :)
I am happy again
and I will still recommend the dealership!!!
