It's the pulley. I'm going to remove the pump tonight
and get the pulley properly set at work tomorrow.
According to my Chiltons manual; the pump shaft and
the pulley needs to be flush. I mic it at .04985 of an
inch.
You wouldn't think that this would make that much of a
difference, but, it does.
