Sounds like the cat... my 94 is doing that to me now. It actually started
last year but I had a friend take it off and he put charcoal in it and
pulled out some corroded piece he said, then welded it back on. It bought
me close to a year but now its time to change it. If you go under the truck
when its cooled off and give the cat a good shaking you should be able to
hear a rattle if its that... although i've let mine go about two months
since its started again and I can pretty much just give it a hard hit with
one finger and get it to rattle :-/
