I have this exact problem on my '00 V6. I noted this to the list right after
I bought my Dak last June, and Bernd suggested that a ported TB might be the
answer. Anyone with a new TB still experiencing this problem?

It's not noticeable unless you are accelerating pretty darn slowly...
