  Mike,
I second Alex on the intake thing. Many people have
fabbed up their own intake for between 50 to 80 bucks.
An electric fan and pullies helped me alot on my V8.
I think the pullies are about 80 and there are fan
setups from boneyards that can be done cheaply with a
little ingenuity. Mail order look to spend close to
200.
There isn't too much to be gained by a cat-back,
horsepower wise, mostly looks and sound. A less
expensive alternative would be to swap out the muffler
for something less restrictive, maybe 50 bucks or so.
The TB and headers will be the most expensive. I
think the TB would give more bang for the buck than
the headers. Hope this helps, Good luck.
