I don't know what year your truck is or if it's a club cab or not but MTX
makes a box that fits under the rear cab seats in 97-01 daks. It can hold 2
10" subs. Crutchfield has it for $369 w/subs which is out of your price
range but Crutchfield is also way overpriced. I bet you could find a really
good deal on them somwhere else online.
