Sounds like if she was going 25 in a mall parking lot, that could be
considered speeding or the basic speed law (if conditions were poor).
Then you'd have a case for sure.

Hope it turns out okay, trucks can be replaced.

Sam '00 RT & '99 CC 4x4

FYI- We are selling the 4x4 (got a baby on the way)... 33k miles on it,
headers, F&B throttle body, flowmaster 40 series muffler, brush guard with
off road lights, 4 wheel abs, full and part time transfer
case, original tire/rims have only 10k on them (been stored in my
garage for the last year)-- rear bumper needs some work (buddy back my
wife's
truck into HIS car while moving furn.) which will be replaced/repair, small
dent marks on rear left fender where someone kindly shoved a shopping cart
into the side, and I need to replace the windshield that got a chip in it--
with recent snow/cold weather here in San Diego it split.

The truck only sees off-road when I drive it, and that's basically putting
around the local hills. Hate to see it go, but need to save some money.

Take over lease, or buy out... That's it. I also have a shell on it too,
though it's silver while the truck is white.
