I have to agree with you Shane... My ported throttle body flows right at
850cfm, and it is perfect for my truck... I didn't see the need to go any
bigger... even with my larger cam...
BTW, why are you selling your 68 Corvette? Man, If I had one like that, I
would even think about selling it... just wish I had the money to buy it
from you... :-)

Tom "Slick"

We always want more aftermarket speed vendors/products. It just gives us
more
competition and thus more choices. Bring it!
On the other hand - I'm not sure why everyone is so concerned w/TBs. As
mentioned here before - bigger isn't always better. I know folks have shown
supposed "dyno proof" (as if thats the end-all-be-all of evidence) -but- I
have
personal evidence of low-rpm torque loss when going to a bigger TB. When
you
are trying to get a 5000+lb truck out of the hole -believe me- you don't
want to
give up ANY low-rpm torque. Not worth it in my opinion. Horsepower on the
big
end you say???? Now thats another issue -but- I must ask the question "How
many
street races continue until 90+ mph?????"

Shane
