What year is your truck again? I actually have an extra (working) IAC
sitting in my toolbox.
Haven't actually tried to test the IAC for faults...just replace them when
they go bad.

OK, before I go out spending $70 that I really don't have right now,
what else could contribute to a rougher than normal idle? I have run a
couple bottles of fuel system/injector cleaner through already. I
haven't been able to check the plugs because it's still winter in
central NY.
Is there any way I can check the IAC to find out if it's really busted
or not?
