To answer your questions re:lights to install, I'd
recommend the PIAA 510's (either driving lights or fog
lights, depending upon your preference). I have the
driving light version with "Super White Bulbs" and I
can tell you they produce a very bright white light
and an effective beam pattern. They are much better
than the stock fog lights.

Regarding the front license plate, I noticed that when
I took mine off, the license plate frame/bracket was
merely drilled directly into the airdam. No special
holes, etc. which was a little suprising, if not
disappointing.
