Andy, the truck would become air born before you reached that point, hee hee!! JK :)
When I got my custom PCM, (speed limiter removed) I took mine up to 120 in 5th, no problem, still pulling, and felt stable. I suspect, if someone were brave enough (or stupid enough) :) you could probably get 130-140 out of it, I would'nt do it ! The 120 came real easy, lots of rpms left.
