Hello listers

Are there any problems with installing a 99 dakota r/t pcm into my 2000 r/t?
both non california versions...

Also are there any fitment problems to say a 305/45/17 tire size? Basically
I am looking for some more meat in the back. Don't worry 15 x 8 stockers
are on the way with slicks for the track :)
