Anytime I encounter someone like this on the road, I make sure to get their
license plate number, and as soon as possible I call the police and report
them as a reckless driver. It may not accomplish anything, but it makes me
feel better. And maybe, just maybe, they keep a record of stuff like this,
and the next time they get pulled over the cop will see that they were
reported as a reckless driver and be a little harder on them.
