Attention you locals. The El Toro marine base will be hosting a pro Auto X
race this weekend. I don't think any Dakota's will be racing, but watching
any of the cars is fun.
In case you are unaware AutoX is timed solo racing against a short (50 to 80
second) coned course.
Our very own Steve Ekstrand will be racing a resurrected Trans Am against
all kinds of nasty cameros and Mustangs.
Cars tend not to be very exotic, but it's a whole lota fun to watch the
stockers take corners sideways.
I'll be hanging out both days around mid day. To get my attention find my
black dakota, stand in the bed, and I'll come running to see what the hell
your doing to my truck.
Oh yeah, watching is free. you just need to sign the anti-sue waiver.
